Workshop privacy
Mark Salonius (Sparky Marky – The AI Guy) uses your name, email address, and optional organization to manage your reservation, cancellations, and workshop updates. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing. Reservation information is stored with the site; earlier Stripe bookings remain in Stripe.
If email confirmation is configured, the email provider receives your email address and confirmation details to deliver that message. We do not request card details for this free workshop.
Optional visitor tracking
Tracking stays off unless you select “Allow tracking.” We store aggregate daily counts of visits, workshop section views, and registration-button clicks, plus referral domains and a mobile/desktop estimate based on screen width. We do not store visitor IP addresses, full referral URLs, or unique visitor identifiers in our analytics database. Our hosting provider may process technical connection data separately.
Your preference is stored in your browser. You can change it using “Visitor tracking preferences” on the homepage. Declining still lets you register. Saved reservations are counted to manage the event regardless of optional visitor tracking.
Your information
Keep your reservation link private. Use it to cancel your seat. To request access, correction, or deletion of your reservation details, email mark@sparkymarky.ca. Cancelling retains a cancelled reservation record; contact Mark for deletion requests.
